Glossary

The Indonesian column is what the interface shows when it is set to Bahasa Indonesia. Where a term is left in English there, that is because the interface leaves it in English too.

Document statuses

Status badges show the same uppercase code in both languages.

Filter dropdowns use readable labels for the same states. These stay in English in both languages.

Home is the exception: the breakdown under My Documents is translated — Draft, Sedang Berjalan, Disetujui, Ditolak, Dibatalkan.

Terms that stay in Indonesian

These four appear in Indonesian whichever language the interface is set to. They are the approver positions on a form template's steps.

Atasan 1	The head one level above the submitter's department
Atasan 2	Two levels above
Atasan 3	Three levels above
Kepala Departemen	The head of the top-most department in that branch

So do the numbering reset options — Berkelanjutan (never resets), Bulanan (monthly), Tahunan (yearly) — and the active status badges, AKTIF and TIDAK AKTIF.

Field types

Most keep their English name in both languages.

Terms kept in English

Familiar enough in an Indonesian office that translating them would slow a reader down. The interface keeps them too.

Two labels change more than you would expect between the languages: Serial becomes Berurutan, and QR Verification becomes QR Verifikasi — note the word order.
