Submitted documents
Submitted Documents in the sidebar. Needs a role carrying View Submitted Documents.
Every other document list in Epruvo is scoped to one thing: one form template, or signature requests. This one is not. It is everything that has been submitted in this company, from both kinds of request, in one place.

Use it when the question is about a period rather than about a form: what went out last month, what a particular person submitted, what a department has been sending.
How it differs from the other lists
| Forms → a form | Submitted Documents | |
|---|---|---|
| Covers | One form template | Everything, both kinds |
| Includes drafts | Yes | No — only what was actually submitted |
| Opens documents | For editing and deciding, where allowed | Read-only, always |
| Who sees it | Everyone | Only roles carrying the permission |
The read-only part is deliberate. This is a records view; approving and editing belong on the document's own page, reached from Forms or Signature Requests. Opening a document from here shows the same information, with no action buttons — including for documents you would otherwise be able to act on.
Columns
Module — Form Submission or Signature Request — plus Doc. Number, Document Date, Description, Submitter, Department, Submitted At, and Status.
Filtering
Filter narrows by:
| Filter | Use for |
|---|---|
| Module | Just forms, or just signature requests |
| Doc. Number | Finding one specific document |
| Document Date | The date on the document itself |
| Description | Free-text search |
| Submitter | Everything one person sent |
| Department | Everything from one part of the company |
| Status | Only what is still in progress, or only what was rejected |
Reset clears them.
Note the difference between Document Date and Submitted At: the first is the date written on the document, which the submitter can set; the second is when it actually entered Epruvo. For "what happened in July", Submitted At is usually the honest one.
Common problems
| The menu is not in the sidebar | Your role does not carry View Submitted Documents. |
| A document you know exists is missing | It is still a draft. Drafts have not been submitted, so they are not here. |
| No action buttons on a document you can approve | Expected. Open it from Forms or Signature Requests to act. |
| Counts disagree with Home | Home's statistics are filtered by a period and possibly a department. This list is not, until you filter it. |
| A deleted document is missing | It moved to Deleted Documents — see Deleted documents. |
